FAA Student Pilot Certificate

To apply for a student pilot certificate:

Use IACRA to submit your application. You will need to provide your passport or drivers license and sign your application digitally. A CFI also needs to digitally sign the application.  https://iacra.faa.gov/IACRA/Default.aspx

START THIS PROCESS EARLY. It can take 6-8 weeks for the student pilot certificate to be mailed to your house. A temp certificate is emailed to you in around two weeks.
